“THC gets you high—think euphoria, creativity,” a staff member from the Bloemfontein Cannabis Society (BCS) explains. “CBD’s for the chill—anti-anxiety, no buzz.”
Soaking it up like a sponge, the knowledge clicks, THC for a party vibe, CBD for a stressful day, as confirmed by the South African Cannabis Education Collective (SCEC).
Fun fact: South Africa’s dispensaries often double as education hubs—the Free State Cannabis Research Unit (FSCRU) says 70% of users learned about THC and CBD from staff in 2024!
